Most incubators give you a desk, a Slack channel, and a demo day. We give you an engineering partner, a shipping discipline, and revenue.
The 12-Week Structure
Weeks 1-2: Foundation Sprint
Idea validation, competitive analysis, user persona definition, MVP scope. By the end of week 2, you have a document that describes exactly what you're building, for whom, and why it'll win.
Weeks 3-6: Build Sprint
AI DLC-powered development. We build alongside you using Claude, Cursor, and Copilot. Weekly sprints with clear deliverables. You're shipping code by week 3, not 'still planning.'
Weeks 7-8: Launch Sprint
Deploy to production. Set up payments. Create the landing page. Write the launch copy. Prepare for real users. This is where most founders stall — we don't let that happen.
Weeks 9-10: Growth Sprint
First 50 users. Distribution strategy execution. Content creation. Community building. Paid acquisition testing if budget allows.
Weeks 11-12: Revenue Sprint
Convert users to paying customers. Optimize pricing. Build the subscription or purchase flow. Set up analytics. By week 12, you should have your first revenue — even if it's small.

10+ hours per week minimum. This is not a passive program. You're building a company.
Ship every week. No week passes without a deploy. No excuses.
Be coachable. We'll challenge your assumptions. That's the point.
Show up. Every session, on time, prepared.
The Deal
We take a small equity stake (negotiated per founder). No upfront cash — we're invested in your success. If you don't succeed, we don't either.
